Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager 4 is accountable for conducting audits on all contracts related to Site Acquisition and Construction including new site developments, modifications to current facilities, CRAN projects, and other related agreements.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee processing of AT&T NICAT Audits for all Turf regions

  • Conduct initial evaluations before forwarding to regions for further information if needed

  • Ensure audits are returned to AT&T with resolutions aligned with contractual terms within 60 days

  • Collaborate with Market Management and Finance to draft credit memos when required

  • Participate in national discussions with the Internal NICAT leadership team

  • Report on projects at risk of breaching contractual deadlines

  • Escalate unresolved market issues within anticipated deadlines

  • Execute internal audits of AT&T Turf initiatives as part of MasTec’s Internal Audit Program

Qualifications

Skills and Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in Turf management including familiarity with AT&T systems, processes, guidelines, and tools

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background

  • A decade of experience preferred; minimum five years in telecommunications-related roles

  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities

  • Exceptional data collection and analysis capabilities

    • Advanced proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    • Experience in deploying wireless new site builds & modifications

    • Some exposure to real estate transactions concerning site acquisition & zoning preferred

    • Design & construction knowledge preferred

    • Basic RF engineering experience advantageous

    • Experience managing equipment orders & materials beneficial
