Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Fiber Supervisor, you will oversee all phases of fiber construction across various telecom initiatives. You are committed to excellence, thriving on challenges, and aiming for outstanding performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing your team's capabilities in fiber optic construction

  • Both aerial installations and underground work

• Setting an example by reinforcing the organization’s safety culture

• Motivating your team to achieve deadlines with high-quality outcomes

• Offering exceptional customer service during client interactions

• Directing multiple teams along with their site activities

Candidate Profile

About You:

• Safety is integral in your daily routine

• Proven record of executing tasks with superior quality

• Possess an aptitude for resolving complex issues through practical involvement

• Seeking long-term project engagements

• Enjoy collaborating directly with your team

• An experienced leader who has addressed day-to-day operations of a construction crew

• Well-acquainted with the telecom construction sector.

  • Work includes Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map interpretation etc.

You also:

– Have strong problem-solving skills and can address obstacles that arise on-site
– Are enthusiastic about coaching and guiding your team
– Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite along with learning company-specific software

MOS Codes such as 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X relate well here.
