Sr Project Manager

As a National PMO (NPMO) Sr. Project Manager, you are responsible for reporting and analytics (Excel/Power BI) for AT&T Wireline and Wireless, analyzing data to determine root cause for the health of programs and advise on areas to implement best practices for improvements to KPI/metrics on AT&T scorecards and other data sources.

Responsibilities

· Reports on program milestones, schedules, and timeline requirements. · Provides timely program status updates to supervisor and Executive Leadership. · Manage reporting accuracy. · Attends and leads meetings and conference calls with the customer and/or corporate staff to support the efforts of       program and market staff management. · Investigates and escalates on-going issues, gaps, that have negative business/operating effects. · Proficient with Excel and Power BI, analyze and interpret data and deliver complex reports. · Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. · Create, manage, distribute, and analyze reports. · Other job duties as assigned. · Ability to travel 10% of the time or less. · Must have the ability and be willing to travel, as required, for job related functions.

Qualifications

· Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, VBA, Power BI · Able to operate in a high stress, fast paced environment. · Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and analyzing complex information. · 5-10 years managing a high volume of projects/National data specifically for AT&T · Ability to maintain confidentiality. · Effective verbal and written communication skills is required. · Ability to work well with others in fast‐paced, dynamic environment. · Pre-planning and forward thinking. · Communication skills. · Problem Solving skills. · Financial acumen. · High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. · College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
