Responsibilities
The Fielding Coordinator is responsible for working closely with Project Managers (PMs), Area Managers and Fielders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of field engineering production including scheduling, tracking, and resources management
- Develop and maintain schedules based on priorities and deadlines through continued monitoring of job status
- Update leadership with project status, estimated completion dates, process gaps, and client concerns
- Work in tandem with various employees and managers across the project to meet deadlines, support processes and procedures
- Review employee capacities and track capabilities alongside output actuals vs expectations
- Work with management to coordinate and assess employee workloads, capabilities, and expectations
Qualifications
About You:
- You have extensive experience tracking and monitoring projects while working with priorities and escalations
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with proven problem-solving ability, self-motivation, leadership, and team building capabilities with the ability to negotiate and motivate others.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to executive management.
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet and Google Drive.
